The Adventure Begins....

After some serious soul searching, and lots of wobbles, I have decided to hold my nose and dive in!  

My son is now officially out of the school system, and being home educated!  But where on earth to start?  Do I follow a rigid, timetabled, curriculum based ideal, or be more autonomous and led by him and his interests? 

To start, I think I shall endeavour to combine the two, and 'fine tune' as necessary later.  Hopefully it will work...
